Returns Policy

We aim to provide people with quality footwear that meet their individual needs and suit their fashion style. We understand that sometimes things go wrong. We are here to help in way we can. Below is a list of our policies to help you get your feet in the right shoes!

Exchanging Shoes

Change your mind? Don’t like the colour? The fit isn’t quite right? THAT’S WHERE WE SHINE! We will happily exchange it for another option.

We understand that shoes are not cheap and sometimes mistakes can happen! In order for us to best help you, please ensure:

    • The shoes do not show any sign of wear or damage/deterioration (we strongly suggest wearing them around the house for a few days if you are uncertain of the fit or style.
    • The shoe is exchanged within 14-days of purchase
    • Any sign of wear, deterioration, dirt etc. unfortunately cannot be exchanged

We will foot the bill (pardon the pun!) for any postage or restocking fees incurred in returning your shoes to our suppliers. All you need to do is bring them in and leave the rest to us.

Returning Shoes

Refunds can only occur due to a manufacturing fault and will be in line with the guarantees passed on to us from the manufacturer, typically 6 months.

In the case of a manufacturing fault, we can assist you in dealing with the manufacturer should a fault occur. Your footwear will be assessed by one of our team before potentially being sent back to our supplier for further assessment. If the shoes are to be replaced under the manufacturer’s guarantee, our team will be in contact with you.

Refunds can not be offered for ‘change of mind’.
