Oh my goodness, so glad I came here. I made an appointment with Adam, I was suffering badly from heel and arch pain in... my foot. I couldn’t exercise it was so bad. After my first consult with Adam I could tell he definitely knows his stuff. Very professional, welcoming staff from Adam himself to the ladies at front desk.I thought I’d have to get orthotics but he knew exactly what my problem was. He advised on correct footwear, strengthening and stretching exercises, (that I now do religiously) and I’m now pain free and back into my regular exercise. Thanks so much Adam. Also, I love the range of footwear you have in clinic. I’ll be back to buy more!!!read more
